Awareness Session - Why is domestic violence everyone’s business?
On January 25th, BNP Paribas Portugal will be presenting an awareness session alongside Vodafone, L'Oréal and APAV on the theme: “Why is domestic violence everyone’s business?”. Join us in this conversation held in Portuguese, from 12pm to 1pm.
When it comes to domestic violence, companies can have an important role to play in both supporting victims and identifying critical situations. Fully aligned with both its Code of Conduct and its Employee Value Proposition, BNP Paribas is fostering a series of prevention and intervention initiatives, as well as partnerships able to improve the way we react, both individually and as a company, to specific situations.
The campaign "Don’t Look Away. Let's talk about Domestic Violence” is an illustration of the path we are pursuing together in order to raise awareness about this issue.
The discussion panel will be as follows:
- Ana Mesquita Veríssimo | Corporate Responsibility & Foundation Manager | Vodafone Portugal
- Filipa Rodrigues | HR Business Partner and Learning & Development Manager | L'Oréal Portugal
- João Lázaro | President | APAV
- Sílvia de Castro | Porto Site Lead | BNP Paribas' panel moderator
